The Contractor is to provide a roof assessment and cost for repair/replacement. It is understood that the Contractor shall provide and pay for all materials, labor, tools, equipment and transportation of every nature and all other services and facilities of every nature whatsoever, necessary to execute, complete and deliver the work. The areas to be repaired/replaced are shown in sections 8-15 on the attached drawing. This constitutes an estimated 40,371 square feet of roof. Permits and licenses necessary for the execution of work shall be secured by the Contractor but no fees will be charged to the Contractor. All supplies and materials shall be new. Any work necessary to be performed after regular working hours such as work performed on Sundays or legal holidays shall be performed without additional expense to the District. All directions should be directed to the owner. No subcontractor shall be used without the District’s prior written approval. Insurance requirements.
