Construction of the ADA-accessible addition to south end of Roxy Theater; 2-stories, 2802 SF, two adjacent sections. Work includes site preparation, foundation, concrete floor, framing & insulation, siding, windows & doors, TPO on 2 story roof, double layer torch-down on 1-story, plumbing (one sink), electrical, fire suppression, HVAC, finish work & required inspections.
