It is the County's intent to enter into a contract resulting from this IFB with up to two (2) companies that can provide the following: labor, equipment, supplies, materials, and tools to perform building alteration services for the Division of Facilities Management at County-owned and operated facilities on an as-needed basis in accordance with the specifications contained in this document. A contract resulting from this IFB will provide for all labor, supplies, materials, equipment, tools and subcontracting to perform carpentry and painting services. This Solicitation is Reserved for the Local Small Business Reserve Program. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
