Davidson County, NC is seeking a qualified firm(s) to provide supplemental services for the Environmental Health Department (client). The purpose of the Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to generally describe the work desired by the client and to invite qualified persons or firms to submit written descriptions of their qualifications and proposed approach for providing that work. The Services required may include but not limited to: 1. Conduct Detailed Soils Evaluation Fieldwork in Accordance with State Law as assigned by the client. 2. Produce layouts in compliance with rule .1945 available space. 3. Prepare Sealed Soil Map, report and soils evaluation logs in accordance with SL 2022-1, SB 372, the practice of soil science, and the laws and rules of North Carolina for sewage treatment and disposal systems.
