The Contractor will furnish all labor, materials, and equipment for the construction of South Glebe Road Intersection Improvements at the intersection of South Glebe Road and Arlington Ridge Road and all other work shown, described, and required by the Contract Documents. The Project will reconfigure the street section with the addition of left turn lanes both eastbound and westbound. Additional improvements include, ADA accessible ramps, sidewalks, pavement marking and signage, signalization upgrades, on-street parking, landscaping, asphalt pavement, utility work, and all other incidental work described and required in the contract documents. Work under this Agreement shall achieve Substantial Completion no later than four hundred fifty (450) consecutive calendar days after the commencement date given in a Notice to Proceed. Questions due by 5pm, 5/11/22.
