The NC Department of Administration, Facility Management Division is responsible for providing a safe and healthful work environment for employees and the public in a cost-effective manner. This mission is accomplished by performing routine, preventative and emergency maintenance of state facilities. The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to obtain pricing from a vendor to complete inspections, maintenance, testing and record keeping inventory of all portable hand-held fire extinguishers in the State Government Complex Buildings. There are 97 buildings and 2018 portable hand-held fire extinguishers which will require an annual inspection, maintenance service and an electronic inventory and report.
Bids shall be submitted in accordance with the terms and conditions of this IFB and any addenda issued hereto. The intent of this solicitation is to award an Agency Contract, Term is one year with extension options.
