ELS Construction is seeking subcontractor bids for 3,159 SF Tenant improvements for bank, Moffett Ave, Kingsville TX 78363 for the following trades: Acoustical Ceilings, Blinds, Concrete, Demolition, Doors / Frames / Hardware, Drywall / FRP, Electrical, Final Clean, Finish Carpentry / Millwork / Fixturing, Fire Alarm, Flooring (Includes LVT, Carpet), Glass / Mirrors / Storefront / Windows, HVAC, Insulation, Lab / Materials Testing, Landscaping / Irrigation, Voice & Data, Ornamental Metals, Plumbing, Roofing, Saw Cutting & Concrete Pour Back, Steel - Structural / Steel Fabrication, Striping, Waterproofing.

All proposal submissions should include a copy of your company’s W-9. Failure to comply with this request may disqualify you from winning the project. Please note that all awarded subcontractors will have to go through the GC Pay software process to submit all invoices and compliance documents.
