Dreyfuss Construction is bidding Steps on Saint Andrews at 1808 St. Andrews Place, Los Angeles CA 90019. Work consists of new construction development is a 20-unit apartment complex in the City of Los Angeles. There is currently a vacant two-story house on the site, and this house will be gut-renovated and expanded into a multifamily building. Eight units will be within the envelope of the existing house while a further twelve units will be in the new addition in the backyard, which will be three stories tall. The new and old wings will be connected by a one-story community room with a roof deck. Lead-based paint and asbestos are currently in the existing house, and this will need to be remediated.
