The City of Rock Hill, South Carolina is seeking competitive proposals from qualified companies to provide the City with tennis court repair and resurfacing of 11 courts at the Rock Hill Tennis Center. Bidders must be willing to provide service for all events listed below. The City of Rock Hill Parks, Recreation & Tourism Department is responsible for this project. The selected contractor will repair and resurface all 11 tennis courts at the Rock Hill Tennis Center following the specifications below during the specified timeframe. Each Bid must be accompanied by a “Bid Guaranty” of not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the Bid. ASBA Certified Tennis Court Builder certification preferred. Bidders who do not hold ASBA certification must provide the City with three (3) references of projects of similar size and scope. Bidders holding ASBA certification must include proof of certification along with their bids.
