This contract is for the maintenance of lighting facilities on the toll highway system in Durham and Wake Counties and other facilities in Division 5 as needed. The Contractor will be responsible for furnishing and installing lighting components. The Contractor will also be responsible for traffic control. The date of availability for this contract is March 1, 2023. The completion date for this contract is February 29, 2024. If the anticipated MBE/WBE participation is zero, the Contractor shall make an effort to recruit and use MBE/WBEs during the performance of the contract. Any MBE/WBE participation obtained shall be reported to the Department. The Combined MBE/WBE Goal for this project is 0%.
