Request for Proposals for Construction Manager/Resident Project Representative for the Twin Cities WWTP ENR Upgrade. The Town Of Secretary, Maryland (“the town”) is requesting proposals for a Construction Manager, Inspection Services, and Resident Project Representative to serve as the Owner’s Site Representative for the Town’s upgrade of the 0.281 MGD, Twin Cities Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) to include Influent Pump Station, Headworks building, EQ, SBR, Digester, and Post EQ Tanks, Denite Filters to achieve Enhanced Nutrient Removal (ENR), Administration Building, converted utility building, UV disinfection, and new generator. The Town is seeking a Construction Project Manager (Engineer) and Resident Project Representative (RPR) having the qualifications and specific experience in the successful completion of similar wastewater treatment projects or equivalent construction management experience and which submits a responsive proposal. Qualified minority business enterprises (MBE’s) and women’s business enterprises (WBE’s) are encouraged to participate. Bonds required. Prevailing wage rates apply.
