The project consists of the renovation of the Ted Strickland Community Center, located at 114 MLK Martin Luther King Senior Heritage Trail Renovation, Stockbridge, Georgia 30281. The project consists of demolition & limited renovation of the tenant building, located at 114 MLK Senior Heritage Trail, Stockbridge, Georgia 30281. The final deliverable will be a “warm white box” tenant space, that consists of the following work. The removal of all existing internal walls, replacing existing storefront walls, infill of the existing exterior walls with new doors. Repair work to the roof, including a new roof membrane, replacement of HVAC, removal of existing lighting & ceiling w/ new lighting for the common room. Repair work to the floor, capping of plumbing, removal & limited replacement of electrical equipment. Removal of other miscellaneous items, and repairs to return the building to functionality. Bonds required.
