This project will include the relocation of the existing overhead electrical, telephone, and cable services along the South side of 15th Place, between J Avenue and K Avenue, Plano, Texas. The scope of work will consist of: 1) the removal of existing overhead electrical, telephone, and cable secondary, poles, and street lighting along 15th Place, 2) the removal of overhead electrical service at Building 1011, 3) the conversion of overhead telephone and cable services to underground services at Buildings 1017, 1015, 1011, 4) the excavation, trenching, backfill, compaction, and all civil work required for the new underground utility secondaries and services, 5) coordination with each Utility Company (Oncor Electric Delivery, Frontier, Spectrum) regarding the service connections at the electric meters/transockets, telco and cable demarcations, 6) Coordination with all respective property owners and their site contacts. Existing underground electric and telco services to remain at Building 1003-1007. Existing overhead Electric, telco, and cable services at Building 1001 to remain. Existing underground telco services to Building 1001 to remain. Existing utility poles located within the parking lot for Building 1003-1007 to remain.
