concerns regarding this RFQ. Proposers who wish to attend the conference must notify
Kesha Rogers via e-mail at krogers@californiasciencecenter.ca.gov by 5:00 pm on
November 4, 2021. This notification must include the first and last name of the proposed
attendee as well as business name and contact information.
Trades: Electrical Contractor - Including Lighting and Possible High Voltage, Electrical Contractor - Low Voltage, Security System Services: Access Control, CCTV & Video Surveillance, Intrusion Detection, (Except Locksmiths) NAICS561621
Contractor agrees to provide to California Science Center (“CSC”) all materials, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to provide twenty-four (24) hours per day and seven (7) days per week troubleshooting support to maintain or restore the Closed Caption Television (CCTV) System as originally engineered and commissioned. The support applies to hardware and software options that are purchased and installed at the time of contract signing as well as Avigilon Control Center upgrades. Contractor shall provide remote monitoring; support through phone, email, and remote access (using VPN access); on-site support; system administrative support; preventative maintenance; parts replacements; and other services outlined in this scope of work. Term is two years. Questions due 11/9/21. DBE incentives.
