THIS NOTICE is to any individual or firm wishing to be included on the City of Walnut Creek’s (“City”) list of qualified bidders (“List”) for the 2020 calendar year. Pursuant to the California Uniform Public Construction Cost Accounting Act (CUPCCA), the City will maintain a List of qualified contractors for all public projects to be performed under negotiated or informal bidding procedure contracts and advertise for the List on an annual basis.
