Sealed bids, plainly marked on the form prepared by the City of Glens Falls shall be received at the City of Glens Falls Purchasing Office for the construction of 2020 Mowing of City Owned Dams and Landfill. The City of Glens Falls reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and will award to the respondent deemed to best serve the needs of the City and to waive any informalities or defects in such proposals before or after opening. All bids shall include a “Non-Collusion” statement. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
