The work generally consists of furnishing all necessary labor, materials, tools, equipment, and other incidental and appurtenant work necessary for the application of Type II slurry seal and asphalt rubber aggregate membrane (ARAM) pavement surface at various designated streets within the City of San Gabriel. Type II slurry seal with fiber reinforcement shall be used in lieu of regular Type II slurry seal if material and application costs are determined to be feasible. The work also includes sweeping before and after slurry seal applications; removing of grease spots (by grinding); all necessary traffic control and public notifications; posting signs for “NO PARKING” and arranging for towing of cars, if necessary. All required installation and construction shall be performed by the Contractor. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.Q&A due by 09/16/20 at 4PM.
