Furnish all materials, labor, and equipment to resurface approximately 16.92 miles on West Pinetree, Dollar Store, Cone, Crabapple Drive, Dillon (bet US 319 N and Lawhorne), Bustle, Dogwood Drive, Dogwood Subdivision Streets, Summerhill Subdivision Streets, Lake Lilliquin Subdivision Streets, Ivy Hills Subdivision Streets, Inwood Plantation Streets, including traffic control and striping to Georgia DOT standards. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security of not less than (10%) ten percent of the total amount of the bid. The guarantee may be in the form of a cashier’s check, certified check, bank draft, or an irrevocable letter of credit made payable to Thomas County Commissioners, or a bid bond issued by a surety company licensed to issue such bonds in the State of Georgia.
