The work to be performed under these Special Provisions consists of resurfacing (slurry seals) various residential, collector, and bike trails (see Exhibit A of the Appendix) within the City of Sacramento. This work shall consist of mixing asphaltic emulsion, aggregate, set-control additives, water, and spreading the mixture on properly prepared surfacing and any other work involved in constructing or placing material. This work shall also include the removal and placement of traffic striping, markings, signs, and raised pavement markers. Project duration is 40 calendar days. Questions due by June 9th @ 5:00 PM. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply. 5% LBE requirement.
