The work to be performed under this contract includes removal and replacement of existing concrete including concrete pavement, crosspan, sidewalk, curb and gutter, curb ramps, asphalt patching, various depths and types of milling of existing asphalt pavement, and various thicknesses of asphalt paving within the streets listed in the Appendices or as directed by the Project Manager. The Contractor shall supply all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to complete the work in accordance with these specifications. The contract shall be awarded based on bids received for the base bid schedules (A&B) and the contract documents. Night work shall be required and entail asphalt patching, asphalt milling, and asphalt overlay on New Memphis Court, between Factory Shops Blvd. and Outlet Access Gate, New Beale Street, from Hwy 85 to Factory Shops Blvd and Front Street from Flyover Bridge to 5th Street. All locations shall be completed before June 25, 2021. Bonds required.
