Competitive sealed proposals will be received by the SAISD for the construction of 2021 Head Start Playground Enhancements at Arnold Elementary School, De Zavala Elementary School, Hirsch Elementary School, JT Brackenridge Academy, and Neal Elementary School. Questions must be submitted on-line no later than noon on Oct 21st. The Offeror agrees to have the project (including any accepted alternates) substantially complete by January 31, 2022.
