Sealed proposals will be received online via the PennBid Program for Highway Materials. The bidder will provide with bid, the mix design for all paving materials. Asphalt to be either picked up at the point of origin of the successful bidder’s location nearest to Upper Moreland Township or shall be delivered as per the Township’s instructions. Contractor must have the capability of delivering no less than 400 tons per day. Bonds required. Prevailing wages may apply.
