Riverside Elementary School, 3260 Riverside Green Dr, Dublin, Ohio
Project consists of all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary for the construction of the project. Work conists of to replace three, (3) existing air handling units, chiller, boilers, pumps, controls and add two (2) new rooftop air handling units to provide heating and air conditioning to the majority of the existing building and replace the existing unit ventilators in the building. The existing ventilators are to be capped and left in place for this project.
