The Butte County Office of Education is inviting contractors and vendors to submit their information and qualifications for the 2021 informal bidders' list. This follows the provisions of the Uniform Construction Accounting Procedures CA PCC 22030. Each licensed contractor should submit the following information: Contractor name & address to where bid notices should be mailed Telephone # where contractor may be contacted Facsimile # where contrac tor may be contacted E-mail address Type of work that contrac tor is interested and currently licensed to do Class of contractor's license(s) held Contractor's license number(s) for each type of work DIR Registration number As of March 1, 2015 all contractors bidding on a public works project must be registered with the Department of Industrial Relations pursuant to Labor Code section 1725.5 http://www.dir.ca.gov/public-works/publicworks.html The Butte County Office of Education may create a new contractors list effective January 1st of each year and may include any contractor's name it desires on the contractors list, but must include, at a minimum, all contractors who have properly provided the Office of Education with the required information, either during the calendar year in which the list is valid or during November or December of the prior year. The list will automatically include all contractors who submitted one or more bids to BCOE during the preceding calendar year. A contractor may have their firm added to BCOE's contractors list at any time by providing the required information.
