Bidders must be pre-qualified. Demo, remove, and replace existing asphalt roadway as shown in the engineering drawings and off-haul all debris from site. See attached Bid documents for full scope of services. 35 calendar days completion. Q&A Deadline 10/13/2021 5:00 PM (PDT)
