2021 Utility Improvements Project, Marysville OH

City Hall, 209 South Main Street, Marysville, Ohio. Following the Pre-Bid Meeting, prospective Bidders are encouraged to inspect the project area and existing facilities.

The project consists of the following: Installation of approximately 2000 linear feet of 24” HDPE waterline (1900’ via open cut and 100’ via jack and bore), 5050 linear feet of 20” HDPE waterline (4735’ via open cut and 315’ via jack and bore), 1610 linear feet of 16” HDPE waterline (940’ via open cut and 670’ via directional drilling). Installation of approximately 1,180 linear feet of 8” C909 waterline pipe, 5 fire hydrant assemblies, and all associated waterline appurtenances. Relocation of 21 (1") service taps, 1 (2") service tap, 1 (3") service tap, and 1 (8") service tap. Proper abandonment of existing waterline and the removal of existing main line valves and fire hydrants assemblies. Waterline infrastructure will also include two 24” gate valves, four 20” gate valves, 13 hydrants. Installation of approximately 1355 linear feet of 6” HDPE force main (685’ via open cut and 670’ via directional drilling). Force main infrastructure will also include the installation of 2 air release valves Installation of roadway infrastructure including timber guard rail, 500’ of curb, and a curb inlet. Necessary restoration including driveway replacement, full depth pavement repair, seeding and mulching, and any other items necessary to restore the work area to its original or better condition.
