Project consists of consists of pavement repair on Alvin Avenue, Battles Road, College Drive, Depot Street, Skyway Drive, and Stowell Road and all work necessary to render the facility complete and operational. The pavement quality of these roads has been deteriorating over the years with Alvin, College, and Battles bearing the most damage. Sections of Alvin, College, and Battles will receive overlay treatments while dig out repairs will be performed on sections of Depot, Skyway, and Stowell. By rehabilitating these roads, the City’s Pavement Condition Index (PCI) will improve, and residents will have safer, more structurally sound roads to drive on. RFI deadline is 5/24/22 by 5:00 pm. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
