The Upper Trinity Regional Water District (UTRWD) is seeking bids for Janitorial Services for the administration complex. UTRWD’s administration complex consists of two (2) buildings, which are located at 900 N. Kealy St. and 802 N. Kealy St. Lewisville, TX 75057 (rental space and annex office). The approximate cleaning area of 900 N. Kealy is 14,100 square feet and at 802 N. Kealy is 18,000 square feet Questions are due by 2:00 PM on June 3rd. Upon approval, a one (1) year contract with four (1) consecutive one (1) year options to renew may be awarded to the most successful bidder.
