Sealed bids will be received by the City of Colonial Heights for its 2022 pavement preservation program. This project includes, but is not limited to: Documenting the location of existing pavement markings; Pavement planning; Asphalt concrete patching; Manhole and valve adjustments; Crack sealing as directed; Resurfacing streets as identified in this sealed bid, with SM 9.5A, 2" thickness; Latex-modified emulsion treatment of streets, as identified in this sealed bid; Restoring pavement markings to their original location and adding markings as directed by the City Engineer. Once the Notice to Proceed has been issued, the successful bidder shall complete all the work by June 25 2022. Questions due by 5pm, 2/2/22.
