The Bidder shall furnish all labor, equipment and materials and perform all work necessary for the 2022 Road Rehabilitation Project in the City of South Lake Tahoe in strict conformance with the Contract Documents (as defined in the Agreement), including, without limitation, the specifications and construction drawings. Work to be performed includes, but is not limited to: traffic control, Cold milling, asphalt overlay, lowering and raising utilities, PCC curb ramps, storm drain pipe installation, pavement striping, compliance with regulatory permits, and all other work as described in the Contract Documents, including, without limitation, project construction drawings, bid documents, Special Provisions, City of South Lake Tahoe Public Improvements and Engineering Standards, and the 2018 edition of the California Department of Transportation, Standard Specifications and Standard Plans. Project Duration 7/5/22 - 9/30/2022. Questions deadline 6/1/22 b6 5:00 pm. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
