Contract MISC-46-22 includes the furnishing of all necessary labor, supervision, equipment, tools and/or materials for miscellaneous repairs, modifications or new installations of electrical work throughout the CMCMUA Regional Facilities. Contractors must have the capability to perform, with their own employees (without the use of a subcontractor), electrical work on power and control circuits including low voltage DC circuits, 120 volt circuits, 277 volt lighting circuits, and 460 volt to 12,000 volt power distribution circuits. All work performed shall conform to the National Electric Code, latest revision, Local Codes and Regulations and be performed by or under the supervision of a licensed electrician. Contractors must own a bucket truck with a minimum working height of 50 feet and an auger/line truck to be used for the installation of utility poles that can be used under this contract. The work period for time and materials, work shall be from January 1, 2023 through December 31, 2023. Time and materials, work shall be reimbursed based on uinit prices bid and as specified herein. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
