The County plans to perform the renovations as an Owner Contractor. All subcontractors will work directly for the County and the project will be managed by the County. Building will be renovated and constructed according to Florida Architects plans and specifications. A Bid Bond, in the amount of 5% of the proposed lump sum contract amount, shall accompany each bid.
