The Work will consist of removing a portion of an existing chiller system and installing new chiller equipment:1 Removing existing water-cooled chiller CH-1 and existing chilled water pump/motor CHWP-1 and CHWP-2 along with associated valves, gauges, sensors, supports, control hardware and wiring;.2 Provide temporary air-cooled chiller and chilled water assembly to HVAC system for continue operation;.3 Provide new water-cooled chiller, associated piping, valves, gauges, sensors, supports and seismic bracing, along with system controls. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
