3.4 Miles of Asphalt Concrete Rehabilitation with Safety Improvements on Route 5 in the Towns of Herkimer & Little Falls. This work shall consist of constructing concrete pipe collars for extending pipe from head-walls and other structures as shown on the plans and as indicated by the Engineer. The drilling, positioning and grouting of the dowel bars shall be as indicated herein. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
