Trades: Roadway Drainage, Stormwater, Manholes, Culverts: Installation, Repair & Removal - General Engineering Contractor, Erosion Control - General Engineering Contractor, General Engineering Contractor GEC
The work to be performed by the General Contractor consist of but is not limited to the following major items: • Demolition and removal of existing 18” CMP storm drain pipe system ±135 LF. • Replace & Install ± 135’ of 18” RCP pipe and tie-in to existing structures. • Installation of pre-cast headwall for 18” pipe • Installation of rip-rap. • Installation of sod/mulch on areas disturbed by construction activities . • Installation of erosion control BMP’s. • Re-grout all exist. structures & site clearing. • The equipment and materials to be furnished by the Contractor will be installed at the locations shown on the Drawings and as described in the respective section of these specifications. • All work shall comply with all Federal, State, and local requirements and specifications. • The latest GDOT Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction of the Georgia Department of Transportation, shall govern the construction of this project. The Work shall be completed within 30 consecutive calendar days. Questions due via email to Owner by 5/25/2022, 3:00pm. Bonds required.
