The work to be accomplished under this contract includes, but is not limited to, minor repair of deteriorated concrete surfaces including repair of rebar, stucco, walkways, slabs, columns, and painting of concrete and stucco surfaces. A certified check, cashier's check, bank officer's check or bid bond for Five percent (5%) of the bid amount, made payable to the City of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, shall accompany each proposal. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
