It is the intent of this Invitation To Bid to establish a term contract with a vendor(s) to provide staffing, compactor and container trash collection services, hauling, disposal, and recycling services at three convenience center sites known as Indianfield Convenience Center (135 Recycling Rd, Warsaw, Virginia 22572, located off of Route 360, 2 miles from Warsaw), Farnham Convenience Center (102 Old Treasure Rd, Farnham, Virginia 22460, 1 mile south of Farnham along Route 3), and Newland Convenience Center (2871 Newland Rd, Warsaw, Virginia 22572, about 3 miles from Route 360) (collectively "Convenience Center Sites"). All three Convenience Center Sites are located in Richmond County, Virginia and are owned by the Richmond County Board of Supervisors. Five (5) year contract to begin July 1, 2023, and expire June 30, 2028, with the possibility to extend to an additional five (5) year contract to begin July 1, 2028, and expire June 30, 2033. Questions due 5 days prior to bid date. Bonds required.
