The City of Redlands is accepting bids for the 6th Street Gateway Landscape Rehabilitation Project. This work will be performed in the Caltrans ROW so a "child" Encroachment Permit and Traffic Control Plans will be required prior to start. The project consists of demolition of existing fencing, posts, gates and footings, sidewalk, and landscape. Installation new irrigation, electrical/low voltage lights, 8' monument sign, citrus crate planters, welded wire fencing, DC and mulch. Planting of trees/shrubs and a 90-day maintenance agreement is required. Project duration is 120 Calendar Days. Questions due by Jan 26th @ 2:00 PM. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
