he proposed Work shall include but not be limited to the following: the interior demolition of the City owned 9362 Studio Court, Elk Grove, CA 95758. The demolition shall consist of the following: demolish all non-load bearing partitions, existing ceiling, most light fixtures (except as noted on the plans to remain for ambient lighting), and heating ventilation air conditioning (HVAC) ductwork to accommodate a future tenant improvement for new construction. The restroom core, existing HVAC units (shall be abandoned in place), and Fire Riser/Electrical room shall remain. The lighted exit signs, overhead water main, fire sprinklers and associated alarm shall remain operational. All exterior lights, perimeter security systems, perimeter locking, and landscape irrigation system shall remain (Work). The Project will result in an empty building shell with the exception of the areas to remain as identified in these Project specifications and Project plans. Project duration: First Order of Work: Twenty (20) Working Days. Second Order of Work: Thirty (30) Working Days. Questions are due by April 12th @ 5:00 PM. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
