The City of Lakewood (the “City”) is seeking qualified individuals or entities (“Respondents”) to submit proposals to provide conceptual and final layout, location, graphics, and construction details for the signage program at Heritage Lakewood Belmar Park (HLBP). Also, conceptual monumentation and site design for a proposed identity monument at the corner of Ohio Ave. and Wadsworth Blvd. is desired Bonds required.
