The Rockland County Sewer District #1 (RCSD#1) is seeking a contractor to establish a price to provide all labor, equipment, material and supervision for the removal, disposal and installation of a new roof top AC unit (AC-2) on top of the Lab Building. Work shall include but not be limited to: Contractor shall furnish and supply all labor, equipment, material and supervision to: Disconnect, remove and dispose of existing AC unit and refrigerant. Furnish and install new air handler and condenser. Furnish and install all required piping and ductwork. Furnish and install all required hangers and rigging. Furnish and install new R-410A refrigerant. Furnish and install new 24 Volt controls. Furnish pipe insulation, mounting hardware and nitrogen. Modify the existing utilities to accept the new units, if necessary. Furnish permits and inspections. Contractor shall verify and confirm that replacement units do not exceed weight and load limits of existing roof. Furnish crane and rigging for removal of existing unit and setting new unit. Start the new unit and set all operating and safety controls. Provide training as needed.
