ELS Construction is seeking subcontractor bids for l86,367 SF Tenant Improvement at Academy #120, 10820 International Blvd, Laredo TX 78045 for the following trades: Acoustical Ceilings, Demolition, Doors / Frames / Hardware, Drywall, Electrical, Final Clean, Finish Carpentry / Millwork / Fixturing, Fire Alarm, Flooring (Includes VCT, Carpet), Painting, Striping. Please note that all awarded subcontractors will have to go through the GC Pay software process to submit all invoices and compliance documents. Please be sure to include the $15.00 per invoice administration fee in your proposal. All proposal submissions should include a copy of your company’s W-9.
