Provide painting services for ACBH Historic Structure as required.The City of Santa Monica (referred to hereafter as “the City”) is seeking an industrial and/or commercial painting contractor with experience in historic structures to provide services at the Annenberg Community Beach House (“Beach House”) for an initial period of one year, with additional two one-year renewal options to be exercised at the City’s sole discretion. The services include, but are not limited to, interior and exterior structures and miscellaneous furnishings throughout and around the Marion Davies Guest House. Patching, repair work, and pressure washing services may also be required. Q&A due by 05/27/20 at 3Pm. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
