The Pawling Free Library is requesting construction bids for an addition to the library building containing ADA compliant lavatories at 11 Broad Street in the Village of Pawling. This project involves removal and replacement of the existing fuel oil tank, construction of a 210 square foot addition, conversion of a 24 square foot lavatory to a storage closet and associated work. The Contractor shall provide all labor and material necessary for a complete, finished installation including all related demolition, cleanup, labeling, and restoration of surrounding areas if disturbed by the installation. Fuel tank replacement can be bid separately from the ADA addition and storage room conversion.
