The City of Brighton is seeking quotes from professional qualified Contractors to complete
the remodel/restoration of the public restrooms on the main level of Historic City Hall, a nationally
designated historic building. Each trade will be solicited separately and Managed by the City. The goal is to
create public restrooms that meet the current Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) standards. The successful
Companies will work with City Facilities staff on this project.
The project scope is to renovate the Existing Women’s Room into an ADA Compliant Men’s and
Women’s restroom with new fixture and accessories. The finishes will match or complement the existing
finish materials. Tenant improvements are limited to the work areas shown within the supplementary
documents.
This RFQ is specifically for the Fire Alarm work called out within Exhibit “A” Drawings. 

HUD DBE and Section Participation requirements apply.

Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
