The City of Seaside is seeking General Contractors to provide proposals for the construction of a new 530 sq. ft. accessory dwelling unit (ADU) to be located on the rear of 956 Hilby Avenue. The unit will serve as permanent affordable housing as a part of the City’s Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) Demonstration Project. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
