Replacing approximately 1,892 existing water meters for all properties served by Owner’s water utility and furnishing additional replacement water meters. This turnkey project will include supplying and installing an Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) System, including mounting locations, cellular data transmitters, software, water meters, removing and replacing existing water meters, transferring OWNER’s billing system, and software training. Subject to the American Iron & Steel (AIS) requirements. Substantial completion within 120 calendar days and final completion within 180 calendar days. The non-Federal entity must take all necessary affirmative steps to assure that minority businesses, women's business enterprises, and labor surplus area firms are used when possible. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
