Work consists of construction of new Culinary CTE Classroom Building with Type 1 Kitchen exhaust hoods, kitchen equipment including gas ranges, charbroiler, warming ovens, double stack overn, refrigerators, freezer, stainless steel prep tables and sinks, ice machine, student and teacher cooking stations, grease interceptor and slot drains. Exterior site work includes new shade sail structures under PC#04-119455, earthwork, grading, slab-on-grade foundation, exterikor concrete flatwork, asphalt paving and patching and site utilities. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
