The work will be done under a single prime contract and the proposals shall include, but not limited to, the following: base bid: the work of project is defined by the contract documents and consists of, but not necessarily limited to the following: replace the gutter with newe stainless steel perimeter gutter, infill of the deep end, zero-entry accessible ramp, new main drain, gutter, and filtered water piping from the pool ointo the existing below grade filter room, new ladders, new depth markers, concrete deck repair, and pool surface restoration, new balance header with make-up water connection, and electrical bonding and grounding. Alternate bid item #1: replace an approximate 40' x 90' section of concrete deck as indicated in the contract drawing C200. The work is to be completed in 120 calendar days from Notice to Proceed.
