Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, and fees to pest control services. Please refer to Sample Agreement, Exhibit A, Attachment 1, “Detailed Scope of Work” for a complete description of services requested. The Agreement may be amended to increase services at the rate(s) specified in Exhibit B. 2. The services shall be performed at: • Sutter Hill Station – 11600 HWY 49, Sutter Creek, CA 95685 • Pine Grove Station – 19597 HWY 88, Pine Grove, CA 95665 • River Pines Station – 15035 Shenandoah Rd, River Pines, CA 95675 • Mt. Zion Look Out – 13000 Mt Zion Rd, Pine Grove, CA 95665 • Dew Drop Station- 29300 Dew Drop Cut Off Road Pioneer, CA 95666 3. The services shall be provided during regular business hours 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding recognized State holidays. Actual work schedule and service frequency shall be coordinated by the CAL FIRE project requestor. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
